Your journey begins where few tourists ever venture. Hop on a Vietnam Army Legend Jeep and ride through the hidden maze of backstreets, narrow alleys, and bustling local markets that pulse with the real rhythm of Hanoi.

Part 2: Hanoi City’s Highlights – 1.5 Hours

Shift gears to the heart of the capital as your Jeep cruises through time, from ancient temples to French colonial boulevards and modern landmarks.

Drive through the Old Quarter and French Quarter, absorbing the vibrant contrast of old-world charm and modern development.

Stop for photo and pass by the city’s iconic sites

Part 3: Hanoi Food Experiences – 1 Hour

No Hanoi adventure is complete without indulging in its legendary cuisine. We’ll take you to the Hidden Gem Café, where you can savor authentic, healthy, and organic dishes. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Viet Hai Village: a small village with 80 households nestled in the midst of jungles and covered by the high mountain range of the Cat Ba National. The villagers are natives of Ha Long Bay who live self-sufficiently by fishing, farming, and breeding.

Cua Van Floating village: exceptional as it is home to generations of fisherman families. Lots of these residents never depart. This is an opportunity for guests to enjoy rowing boats driven by the locals around the village while watching how they live in their floating houses.

Activities

Discover Viet Hai village by biking. Start your excursion with a bike ride or electric cart through the coastal village, exploring local life and Bhaya Cruises’ community projects.

At Bhaya Cafe, relax with a view of buffalo-filled fields while enjoying a refreshing “mojitea” or trying your hand at making “Bánh Cuốn“, a popular Northern Vietnamese dish.

Start your morning with a mindful walking meditation session in Tien Ong Cave, celebrated for its archaeological wonders and natural charm.

Join in a Tea ceremony. Explaining the deep heritage connected to this ceremonial discipline on the sundeck as you witness Halong Bay awaken – its limestone karsts and emerald waters slowly painted in the golden glow of sunrise.

Disembarkation around 10:00 & meet your driver for a drive to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi. Take a short flight to Danang, Central Vietnam. Then, head to Hoi An, a UNESCO Site by private vehicle

At good time, your guide will meet you at your hotel lobby to give you a proper show-around of the old town. You’ll start a walking tour with a lion’s share of places of interest: the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge; the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls; and the colorful local market. Following the narrow lanes, you’ll meander through tiny streets studded by houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures.

Continue to visit the Precious Heritage Museum, home to the permanent exhibition of Réhahn’s Precious Heritage Collection. While transporting you to the furthest reaches of Vietnam, the collection will unveil the rich cultural tapestry of the ethnic tribes

After such gallivanting, your time will be your own to wander around or getting amongst some retail therapy. This afternoon is your own. If you wish to get your clothes tailored, head to a tailor in town and he will turn back to you within 24 hours at a reasonable cost.

The afternoon is spent free at leisure.

Overnight in Hoi An

OPTIONAL TOUR SUNSET BOAT TRIP ON THU BON RIVER (at extra cost): A boat trip to Cua Dai estuary offers you a chance to explore the magnificent scenery of the countryside, water coconut forest along Thu Bon River.

16:00 pm: You will be picked up at your hotel lobby and transferred to pier. After that, hop on a wooden boat sailing along the major branch of the lower section of Thu Bon River. Enjoy the beautiful views in a fresh space on the river where you can see how people live and catch fish by traditional methods in this area.

Before reaching Hoi An Old Town, we pass by Bay Mau water coconut forest. Make sure your camera is handy to take several pictures of spectacular sunset while enjoying your soft drink.

Overnight in Hoi An

Alternative for your free time in Hoi An – at extra cost:
Option 1: Hoi An – Day Trip to Visit Golden Bridge and Bana Hills

08:00 AM: you will be picked up at your hotel lobby for a short drive to Bana Hills. Upon arrival, embark on the first cable car ride to reach Bana Hills. The cable car system at Bana Hills is one of the most modern ones in Southeast Asia and is one of the World’s longest and highest cable car rides. Visit the Dream Stream Cable car station and see the panoramic views of Danang City from above. After the first cable car ride, you will visit the Golden Bridge that has recently gone viral, Le Jardin D’amour (consists of 9 gardens) and Linh Ung pagoda.

You will then continue with the 2nd cable car to visit the French Village Campanile, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple and Tea Shop. You might consider challenge the most popular adventure ride – Alpine Coaster (NOT included in your entrance ticket), followed by buffet lunch at the restaurant. Your next stop will be at Fantasy Park, an amusement park inspired by French chateaus and palaces. 15:00: Return to the cable car station to leave Bana Hills and another transfer will take you back to your hotel. You’ll spend the night in Hoi An.

Note: As the Golden Bridge has recently gone viral, it attracts more and more foreign visitors and domestic holiday makers to visit Bana Hills and the site, it might be very crowded especially at weekends, on public holidays.

Option 2: Cham Island Discovery (Boating, Swimming & Snorkeling) (L) [Group Tour]

The snorkeling day trip and island tour is a great way for non-divers to join the water sport activities in Cham Island. Our professional snorkeling team provide in water safety and guidance throughout. In addition to snorkeling, a variety of options are available in the afternoon, enjoy more snorkeling or simply relax and enjoy the beach. The tour begins with hotel pickup at 8 am and return back to your hotel at 5.30pm. Tour price includes all transfers, (within the Hoi An area), boat transfers, drinking water, tea, coffee, fruit and cakes, full professional diving and snorkeling equipment lunch on the beach, all Island fees and taxes; led by multilingual tour guides/PADI professional team (speaking English, French, Italian, Spanish, Vietnamese).

Option 3: Hoi An – Farming & Fishing Life [08.30-14.00] (L) [Group Tour]

This day trip provides you with a close-up and intimate exposure to both the local farming and fishing communities. Accompanied by your local tour guide, you commence the day with a gentle cycling along country roads witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first hand, discovering all manner of photo opportunities – coming and visiting a beautiful organic vegetable village, watering and planting vegetable, hoeing a soil with local farmer, riding a water buffalo in a rice paddy field; seeing ducks swimming along the rice farm or farmers tending their crops. The photo opportunities are endless.  You will also experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you en-route. Later you will board a boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also experience paddling the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat while the waterways of coconut palm paradise. This tour provides you with a cultural window into the ways of life of both our farming and fishing communities. After a simple yet tasty lunch on the boat, return to your hotel at around 14.00. The remainder of the afternoon will be your own!
