Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inquiries from international travelers and agents
– Create and customize tailor-made holiday packages for Vietnam and Southeast Asia
– Communicate effectively with partners and clients via email, video calls, or in-person meetings
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control
– Collaborate closely with tour operators and customer service teams
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism or related field
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Travel Consultant
– Fluent in English (for English-speaking positions) or Spanish (for Spanish-speaking positions)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Personal travel experience in Vietnam and Southeast Asia is highly advantageous
– Vietnamese nationality required

– Proficiency in computer applications and travel booking systems
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Salary Range:
$500 – $1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience) + performance bonuses
